  • Automatic Payments: For those monthly memberships, a signed consent form is required for automatic monthly withdrawal on the 1st or 15th of each month.
  • Refunds: Full and partial payments are non-refundable, but balances can be gifted.
  • Privacy: Your information is secure in our Aesthetic Record system.

  • Recommended Schedule: Monthly treatments are ideal for optimal results, but we offer flexibility.
  • Missed Appointments: Each level grants a 3-month grace period to reschedule missed appointments.

Cancellation and Changes:
  • Appointment Cancellation: Must be 24 hours in advance, otherwise monthly or weekly service is lost.
  • Auto-Renew Cancellation: Must be received 7 days prior to renewal date.
  • Membership Changes: Changes to another Membership Plan is allowed but notification required 7 days prior to payment.
  • Upgrades: One-time upgrades can be paid for during your appointment.
